Orders that are received on weekends, holidays, and after 12 PST will be processed the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. All customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer. Lovers Vintage is pre-Loved and will show signs of wear. All flaws are carefully noted and marked down accordingly. We will consider an exchange for store credit if the item is grossly misrepresented or if you are absolutely unsatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 5 days with your issue, and we will issue you a store credit. Please email customer service at email@example.com and provide your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, you will receive a return authorization number from one of our customer service reps. Customers are responsible for their own shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages please request an upgraded shipping method with insurance for your safety. If items are post marked after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. Please ask Lovers if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item you are about to purchase. Returns can be made within 14 days for new merchandise, must be un-worn with tags still attached. All accessories and intimates are final sale.
