Lovers Vintage processes orders Monday through Fridays excluding holidays, with a 48 hour shipping handing time. Orders that are received on weekends, holidays, and after 12 PST will be processed the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise, please read the shipping time frame provided for each product as they may vary. We will notify you within 48 hours if your order has been delayed or canceled. Please email us for more information and details on your purchase.

 

International

Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise,  please read the shipping time frame provided for each product as they may vary. Please note orders may be canceled due to availability or countries with problematic postal systems, We will notify you within 48 hours if your order has been delayed or canceled. All customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us directly if you would like to add delivery confirmation or insurance to your order. Please note once the package leaves the United States, it is in the the hands of your countries postal system policies. Please email us for more information and details on your purchase.

 All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.  Vintage 

 Lovers Vintage is pre-Loved and will show signs of wear. All flaws are carefully noted and marked down accordingly. We will consider an exchange for store credit if the item is grossly misrepresented or if you are absolutely unsatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 5 days with your issue, and we will issue you a store credit. Please email customer service through our contact form, and provide your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, you will receive a return authorization number from one of our customer service reps. Customers are responsible for their own shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages please request an upgraded shipping method with insurance for your safety. If items are post marked after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. Please ask Lovers if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item you are about to purchase. Please be detailed and include a product link in the email.
