✨Fashion Design Assistant Internship

Ideal Candidate: Someone with a fashion design background who is eager to build real-world experience in product development, studio workflow, and small-batch production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabric prep & organization: Sorting, labeling, and prepping fabrics for cutting.
  • Swatching: Creating fabric/trim swatches, mood boards, and color palettes.
  • Pattern support: Tracing, cutting paper patterns, and organizing pattern pieces.
  • Sample organization: Cataloging existing samples and managing design components.
  • Basic sewing & finishing: Simple stitching, hand-sewing trims, minor sample repairs.
  • Digital support: Updating tech packs, creating simple sketches in Illustrator, and organizing digital files.

✨Jewelry Design Assistant Internship

Ideal Candidate: Someone interested in jewelry-making processes, metalwork, and small-batch production techniques such as lost-wax casting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Material prep: Cleaning, weighing, and organizing metals, wax, and casting materials.
  • Mold prep: Coating or preparing molds and inspecting them for defects.
  • Polishing & finishing: Basic hand polishing, buffing, and filing on non-toxic materials.
  • Component assembly: Attaching findings, soldering with supervision, assembling small parts.
  • Documentation & labeling: Tracking batch numbers, inventory, and production notes.
  • Wax carving & modeling: Shaping wax for lost-wax casting under guidance.
  • Sprue placement: Adding sprues to wax models before investing.
  • Investing molds: Mixing investment powder and safely pouring into molds.
  • Casting prep: Assisting in furnace monitoring, crucible prep, and casting machine setup under supervision.

✨Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant Internship

Ideal Candidate: Someone who loves content creation, brand storytelling, and learning how to market a small fashion brand online.

Digital Marketing Skill Sets

  • Social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Content planning + calendar management
  • Copywriting for captions, product descriptions, and newsletters
  • Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Trend research + competitive analysis
  • SEO-friendly writing
